Our loan process is easy, because Cobblestone handles the work.
- Phone Inquiry: To determine if Project is feasible for funding based on market conditions, value, cash flow and if there is available capital for property type.
- Fee Agreement : Cobblestone requires a fee agreement to work on your transaction.
- Application: Complete the appropriate Loan Application below and mail, email or fax in the request. We will contact you to clarify any details or questions. Also, a Personal Financial Statement (attached Below) as well as a general knowledge of your credit score will be required.
- Quote: You’ll receive a rate quote and terms within 72 hours of our receiving your completed application, and we will answer any and all specific questions.
- Documentation: Cobblestone assists in assembling the documentation required, contacting you for any additional information the lender may require.
- Underwriting Transaction: Cobblestone credit underwriting formats request for our funding sources in their required format for loan approval.
- Closing/Funding: Closing documents are delivered to a local attorney. You sign the loan documents and close the transaction.
- Completion: Your loans are funded; END OF PROCESS!
