Cobblestone Financial Group, Inc was incorporated on December 8th 2005 in New York State, located in Fairport, NY an eastern suburb of Rochester, NY. Cobblestone Financial Group, Inc is a Corporate Real Estate Broker governed by the New York State Department of State. Cobblestone is located at 6800 Pittsford – Palmyra Road, 140 Cedarwood Office Park, Fairport, NY 14450. We occupy a new 3000 square foot office suite, including 10 offices, and a large executive conference room. We have a non-local Bank that acts as our on-site SBA funding source located in our office suite.
Our team of 8 has over 150 years of Commercial Real Estate Lending experience in the New York State marketplace with major banks such as Key Bank, Citizens Bank, Charter One Bank, M & T Bank, JP Morgan Chase, HSBC, UPS Capital and Community Bank just to name a few. Combined Bank lending authorities of our team were well in excess of $5,000,000. Today, we are approved correspondent lenders for numerous public and private funding sources, hedge funds, life companies, Capital Investment Programs and small Community Banks.
Our experience coupled with our banking contact base and prior customers is our major source of business. At this point, Cobblestone does not market our services, as all our leads are referral based. As the banks tighten their standards, our phones ring more. We engage all our clients with an exclusive right to place fee agreement and a marketing fee. Because of this, our funding success is high as we eliminate those borrowers who are not serious about getting their transaction funded or those that have limited or no equity. We do not waste any of our time or the borrowers time during the process.
Our process is streamlined and efficient with our funding sources as we prepare a credit summary review presentation for our borrowers project. The Chief Credit Officer and our team of underwriters has access to credit template formats for our funding sources which expedites our process. Everything is delivered by electronic vault to ensure speed, security and accuracy of information.
